Press Brake Operator

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Dresser, WI

Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour

Shift: 2nd shift (4:15pm - 2:45am M-TH) and weekend shift (5:45am - 6:15pm Fri-Sun)

What's the Job?

• Operate press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure precise manufacturing.
• Perform test bends and inspect finished parts for accuracy and adherence to tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
