Physical Therapy Assistant

Senior Community Care of Northern Kentucky, a PACE program, seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to support frail seniors in maintaining safety, mobility, and independence at home and in the community. Working within an interdisciplinary, person-centered team, the PTA follows treatment plans established by a Physical Therapist, guiding participants through therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and safe use of assistive devices. The role includes center-based and in-home visits, clear documentation, caregiver education, and active participation in team care planning, all in a compassionate, mission-driven environment focused on dignity and quality of life.
