Solaris HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our resident-centered team providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care to seniors. The PTA will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include leading therapeutic exercises, assisting with transfers and gait training, documenting in the EMR, and educating residents and families.
