Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Master's
* Professional certification required
Assignment Details
* Monday through Friday.
* 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
* 40 hours per week.
* No on-call requirement.
* No weekend requirement.
* Coverage area includes Huntingdon County, Northern Blair County, and Centre County.
* Home health patient care setting.
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs or polo shirt with khaki pants.
