Signature HealthCARE seeks a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead clinical education and competency development for nursing staff in our long-term care and post-acute community. In this on-site role, you will design and deliver orientation, ongoing training, and skills validation to support safe, person-centered care and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with leadership to assess learning needs, implement quality and infection-prevention initiatives, and promote a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a mission-driven, faith-based environment.
