- Direct influence on the business by providing leadership with financial insight that directly impacts store performance, growth, and strategic decisions
- Growth opportunity in playing a foundational role in building the finance and accounting infrastructure as the organization continues to scale

- Oversee inventory and cost accounting, including inventory valuation, costing, inventory reconciliations, POS-to-accounting reconciliation, and reconciliation of accounting records with METRC and operational data
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial processes, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting, including coordination with external CPA, tax, audit, banking, and compliance partners
- Partner with the CEO, ownership, and store GMs to identify financial risks, improve profitability and controls, establish accountability, and build a scalable accounting infrastructure for future growth
