$150,000 Guaranteed Salary
$25,000 Sign on Bonus
$10,000 Loan Assistance Annually
$5,000 Relocation Assistance
$5,000 CME Allowance

Family Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient
25-Bed Critical Access Hospital
4-Day Work Week Available
Approximately 18 PPD

No Call Responsibilities
