Join Clinic for Women, a premier physician-owned OB/GYN practice with 58 years of service to the Huntsville-Madison community. Our no-buy-in partnership track offers the opportunity to build a long-term career with substantial earning potential and strong support from experienced partners. Partners have the autonomy to shape their practices around their clinical interests, work-life balance, and financial goals. Build lasting patient relationships in an established community practice. The majority of clinic time for this position will be at our Madison office. Call coverage is at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children.

Position Highlights

• Partnership track with no buy-in required

• Strong partner support, mentorship, and a collaborative practice culture

• 70% GYN / 30% OB practice

• Approximately 20 deliveries per month per physician

• 1:8 call rotation

• In-house hospitalist coverage for emergencies, as well as partner support

• Equal OB distribution, with GYN growth based on your interests

• Seven board-certified physicians and three experienced nurse practitioners

• Senior partners with 15 to 30+ years in the practice

• Autonomy for partners to shape their practices around their clinical interests, desired work-life balance, and financial goals

Clinic Location and Hospital Resources

• The majority of clinic time will be in Madison; the practice also has a Huntsville office.

• Hospital call at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children; surgeries at Huntsville Hospital.

• Level III NICU and an in-house hospitalist team

• Maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, and urogynecology support

• Da Vinci robotics and minimally invasive surgery

• Clinic resources at our Huntsville and Madison locations include in-house laboratory services, ultrasound, and bone density scanning (Huntsville), with mammography and breast specialists in the building.
