Jefferson Health is seeking an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join the orthopedic surgery team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

The Role
The Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical management of patients with traumatic musculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities may include:
Evaluation and treatment of orthopedic trauma patients
Operative management of complex fractures and traumatic injuries
Collaboration with emergency medicine, anesthesia, critical care, rehabilitation, and other surgical specialties
Participation in clinical education and resident teaching
Contributing to quality improvement, research, and academic initiatives
Providing exceptional, patient-centered care
Candidate Qualifications
Required:
MD or DO degree
Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
Orthopedic TraumaFellowship training in
Board certification or board eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
