Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

We are a leading mechanical construction contractor with over 100 years of experience. We specialize in the full lifecycle of HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, process piping, and automation systems—from design and fabrication to installation and maintenance. By keeping all key services in-house, they deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions tailored to each client's technical and operational needs.

As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, managing HVAC/plumbing/process project sales, and coordinating field labor in partnership with field leadership. They oversee all aspects of project management—from estimating and budgeting to execution and billing—while ensuring strong communication with both internal teams and external clients.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of mechanical project management experience
• Experience with HVAC projects ranging from 50k-25m
