Full job description
Senior Community Care seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in our PACE program. You will implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, and help participants maintain independence in daily tasks at home and in the center. Working closely with an OT and an interdisciplinary care team, you will document progress, educate participants and caregivers, and adapt interventions to changing needs.
