Pediatric Intensive Care Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2240 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Saint Francis Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - At least two (2) years of recent staff experience in a large PICU Unit/Facility. - Ability to perform medication administration via nebulizer or metered dose inhaler, humidity and aerosol therapy, medical gas administration, incentive spirometry, respiratory mechanics, PEP therapy, pulse oximetry, chest physiotherapy, CPR, mechanical ventilation, intubation, extubating, suctioning, and bronchoscopy assist.

Required Credentials: - Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program.

Unit Details: - Role includes respiratory care in critical and non-critical care areas, code blue/RIT/CRIT response, and patient transports. - Patient population may include COVID-19 patients.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend rotation.

Floating Requirements: - If appropriate, candidate may float between adult and children’s population and possibly other units.

14 days maximum time off

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
