Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2190 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: - Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. - In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license.

Required Credentials: - Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. - Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations. - Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Cerner Test-Out required during onboarding; Cerner test results and training checklist with signed attestation. - Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed.

Unit Details: - Medical/surgical cardiovascular unit with telemetry and remote monitoring. - No drip titrations. - Lab collects blood specimens. - RNs start IVs; IV team available for additional support. - No performing EKGs or discontinuing sheaths.
