Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. Will not accept new graduates; prior clinical experience required. Candidate may be first-time traveler; travel experience not required. Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day; comfortable with double-booking of follow-up visits. Experience treating general orthopedics, BPPV, chronic pain, post-op patients, athletic population, or pelvic health is preferred. Willingness and ability to float to other clinics within the region as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous outpatient clinic experience. Familiarity with regional clinic systems and workflows.

Assignment Details

Shift: Days. Guaranteed 36 hours with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. OT hours must be approved by the director before worked. Float to other clinics within the region may be required.
