Responsibilities
- Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers
- Conduct product presentations and explain roofing solutions
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Use company tools to assist with measurements and estimates
- Manage sales pipeline and close deals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Availability to meet with customers during midday, evening, or weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally to customer appointments
- Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures. This position requires the use of ladders with a maximum manufacturer-rated capacity of 375 pounds, including the user's body weight and any tools or equipment.
No prior sales or construction experience required. Optional training and support resources are available.
