• 24/7 coverage ‐‐ 12‐hr shifts, 7 am ‐ 7 pm and 7 pm ‐ 7 am
• Max 7 consecutive days per provider; ~30 shifts per month across sites
• Critical care: 100% of caseload ‐‐ no outpatient or clinic component
• Multi‐hospital system ‐‐ inpatient ICU intensivist role
• 20 pulmonologists and 10 mid‐levels in group ‐‐ no supervision required
• EMR: Epic
• Invasive ventilation management required ‐‐ bronchoscopy preferred
• Lab and X‐ray onsite ‐‐ sleep lab present
