HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate NICU RN to provide specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns in a high-acuity neonatal intensive care unit. In this role, you will perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, manage ventilators and IV therapies, administer medications, and closely monitor vital signs and trends. You will collaborate with neonatologists and an interdisciplinary team, educate and support families, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
