A private, nonprofit organization in Rhode Island that provides a wide range of services aimed at helping low-income and vulnerable individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency, including healthcare, early childhood education, employment and training programs, housing and food assistance, and behavioral health services, has an opening for a Family Medicine Physician.

About the Opportunity:

• Operating multiple locations across the state, our health centers serve tens of thousands of residents each year through integrated programs that address both immediate needs and long-term social and economic stability
• Total outpatient position
• Light call once every 6 or 7 weeks
• Our team includes Pediatricians, several Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health Clinicians, a psych NP, and a midwife
• Focus on work-life balance with flexible scheduling
• 32 clinical hours and 8 admin hours that can be done remotely
• Capped patient panel
• The expectation is 3 patients per hour

Compensation/Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary and generous time off, including 4 weeks vacation, 1 week CME, 1 week sick time, and 12 holidays
• Candidates can apply for loan repayment programs, as we are a non-profit
