Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

Carthage Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will assess residents, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor changes in condition. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, and maintain accurate documentation. RNs also support quality improvement initiatives, ensure infection control and safety standards, and mentor support staff while promoting dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
