Grants Manager

Carle Health seeks a Grants Manager to lead the full grants lifecycle within our Fundraising & Development department. This role researches funding opportunities, develops and writes proposals, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with grant requirements to advance community-based healthcare, medical services, and research. Partnering closely with clinicians, researchers, and development staff, the Grants Manager tracks outcomes, prepares reports, and supports strategic fundraising initiatives.
