Inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting within the Physical Therapy department 13-week assignment Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Weekend shifts available on request Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy experience required AHA certifications required License required if applicable Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this assignment Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible Candidates must not be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis
