Pharmacy Manager

Walmart is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations in a busy retail setting. You will ensure accurate, safe dispensing of medications, oversee immunizations, and uphold all state, federal, and company regulations. This role manages and develops pharmacists and technicians, optimizes inventory and workflow, and delivers exceptional patient counseling and customer service. You’ll collaborate with store leadership to grow clinical services, monitor performance metrics and profitability, and foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement within Walmart’s health & wellness team.
