RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic services across Northern New Jersey. The selected surgeon will focus on primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, practicing within a well-established orthopedic program that emphasizes clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. Candidate Requirements:

• BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred
• New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure
• Interest in clinical research and quality outcomes
• Prior teaching experience is preferred

NJ Pay Transparency:

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $500,000 to $785,000 per year.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
