Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Active California state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience evaluating and treating adult dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with standardized assessment tools and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel SLP experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in post-acute care preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: AM 8.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility setting; candidate should be prepared to work in a post-acute care environment.
