In our inpatient rehabilitation hospital, you will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, provide patient and caregiver education, and document outcomes using EHR systems.
