Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform complex exams, review images for diagnostic quality, and collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to support timely, accurate diagnoses. You will oversee daily workflow, mentor sonographers, support training, and promote adherence to safety, infection control, and accreditation standards. Leveraging Wellstar’s strong clinical resources and focus on continuous learning, you will help drive quality improvement and compassionate, patient-centered care across our Georgia communities.
