Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Encompass Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex medical conditions. In this inpatient rehab role, you’ll complete assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and support safe mobility and ADL training. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists and physicians, educate patients and families, and contribute to continuous quality improvement in a team-oriented, growth-focused environment.
