Store Associate - Daytime Availability 9:00am - 5:00pm Weekday

Love shoes? Love helping people? Join our team at Shoe Carnival! We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Store Associate who enjoys creating great experiences for customers. If you have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and can handle basic math while working a register, you might be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories

• Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns

• Use basic math and counting skills for transactions

• Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers

• Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked

• Support loss prevention and store cleanliness

What We're Looking For:

• Great communication and listening skills

• Strong customer service mindset

• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately

• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs

• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

• Must be at least 16 years old
