This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

· Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday-Friday; 4x10 hour shifts

· Required Cases: Location 1: neurology, vascular, general, endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory/Interventional Radiology, and head and neck; Location 2. general, endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory/Interventional Radiology, orthopedics, urology

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

· Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Care team

· Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

· License required or willing to license: Must have an active Florida state license
