SAP MDG ABAP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Technical Consultant with expertise in SAP MDG, SAP ABAP, and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Material Master and BOM master data, technical development, data governance, and SAP integration in a manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop SAP MDG solutions in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Develop and enhance SAP ABAP objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Configure and support Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Classification data.
• Develop and support integrations using ALE, IDocs, and SAP interfaces.
• Collaborate with functional teams to implement master data governance solutions and improve data quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support system enhancements and production activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of SAP experience with 3–5 years of hands-on SAP MDG and SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Strong experience with SAP MDG Technical and SAP ABAP development.
• Experience with Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Class/Characteristic/Classification.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, ALE/IDocs, SQL, and SAP Queries.
• Strong knowledge of RICEFW development.
• Functional understanding of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Master Data Governance implementations or migrations.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of SAP data governance and master data quality best practices.
