We are seeking a Skilled Laborer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform skilled labor tasks in support of grading, earthwork, utilities, concrete, and structure crews
• Assist with layout, measurements, and elevation control using basic survey tools
• Execute hand grading, trimming, and fine detail work around structures, utilities, and finished surfaces
• Support concrete operations including form setting, reinforcing placement, pours, and finishing prep
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Finishing knowledge is a plus
• Experience in construction or related industry preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
