Full job description
We are seeking a Project Delivery Program Lead to join IQVIA Laboratories at Marietta, GA.
Job Summary:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the setup and delivery of complex clinical research studies, including companion diagnostic and multi-region studies
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risk logs, issue logs, action logs, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Partner with Study Setup teams to support high-quality database configuration and protocol-specific documentation
- Build and manage customer relationships, lead customer meetings and presentations, and serve as an escalation point for study and program-level issues
- Monitor study activities, documentation, eTMF filing, reporting, scope changes, service issues, and closeout requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present protocol-specific materials at kick-off meetings, investigator meetings, bid defense meetings, and other internal or external meetings
- Provide study training to sites, CRAs, and customers, and establish effective communication channels to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Lead customer program processes, best-practice development, process improvements, mentoring activities, and department-level assignments
What We Are Looking For:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or related experience is preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in clinical trials/ hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment preferred
- Thorough knowledge of project management processes and central laboratory operations, including kits and supplies, logistics, laboratory operations, specimen storage, data reporting and transfers, and site alerts, is required
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and centralized laboratory systems, or equivalent systems experience, is preferred
- Experience successfully leading large, global, and complex Phase I-IV clinical trials is preferred
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

- Excellent interpersonal and customer management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers
- Thorough understanding of medical and clinical research terminology
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a good command of the English language
- Ability to lead cross-functional activities, coordinate issue resolution, mentor colleagues, and support continuous process improvement

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $83,000.00 - $173,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
