Full job description
As an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health, you will evaluate and treat adult patients recovering from major illness or injury in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans to improve function, safety, and independence in daily living skills, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, SLPs, nurses, and physicians. Responsibilities include evidence-based interventions, patient and family education, clear EMR documentation, participation in care conferences, and contributing to quality and process-improvement initiatives in a patient-centered environment.
