Charge Registered Nurse II Emergency Department

Houston Methodist seeks a Charge Registered Nurse II for our Emergency Department to coordinate high-acuity patient care and lead frontline nursing teams. In this role, you will oversee daily ED operations, manage staffing and patient flow, support complex triage and interventions, and serve as a clinical resource and mentor. You will promote evidence-based practice, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, timely, and high-quality emergency care aligned with our mission-driven culture.
