Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Sunburst Workforce Advisors Program - UNC Health Pardee.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Cares for a mixed medical-surgical and oncology population, including patients undergoing active cancer treatment, post-surgical oncology cases, symptom management for neutropenia, pain crises, and disease progression, as well as end-of-life and palliative care. Also cares for bariatric patients returning from surgery. This unit is primarily general medical-surgical with a small oncology population; chemotherapy is typically not managed on the unit. Patient ratio: Ideal 5:1; Max 6:1.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Rotating holidays.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
