Full job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will carry out PT treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, collaborating with PTs, nurses, and families, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers—all within a supportive, patient‑centered, and growth‑focused culture.
