Full job description

The University of California, San Francisco, Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center is growing its clinical and research programs. We are seeking non-invasive academic cardiologists with experience in heart failure, echo interpretations, general cardiology, and other various clinical areas in Cardiology. The candidate must be a board-certified/board-eligible (or equivalent) Cardiologist. The ideal candidate must demonstrate experience in a variety of clinical disciplines in Cardiology. Strong interest in clinical research and/or health care disparities studies will also be considered. Applicants must hold a MD, MD/PhD, or MD/MPH degree(s) and be qualified for an appointment in the Adjunct, In-residence, HS Clinical, or Clinical X series.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See (Table 5)( ) The minimum base salary range for this position is $131,200-$344,400. This position includes membership in the (health sciences compensation plan)( ) which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
