A bit about us:

Our client is an established construction organization with a strong track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects across the country.

The company is expanding its teams supporting the rapidly growing data center sector and is looking for experienced Superintendents to lead construction operations on major projects throughout the United States.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, highly technical facilities where schedule, quality, safety, coordination, and attention to detail are critical.

As a Superintendent, you'll take a leadership role in the field, coordinating subcontractors, managing daily construction activities, driving schedule performance, and working closely with project management, owners, engineers, and trade partners.

These aren't small projects—and they aren't cookie-cutter construction.

You'll be helping build the infrastructure behind the technology that keeps businesses, cloud platforms, and the modern digital world running.

Why join us?

This company offers the opportunity to work on some of the most significant and technically demanding data center projects being built today.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Lead construction operations on large-scale data center projects
Work on technically complex and highly coordinated builds
Travel to projects throughout the United States
Work alongside experienced construction and project management professionals
Coordinate major subcontractors and specialty trade partners
Take ownership of project schedule, quality, safety, and field execution
Work directly with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
Gain experience in one of the fastest-growing sectors of commercial construction
Work on projects with significant scale, complexity, and visibility
Develop your career with an established construction organization
Take on increasing responsibility as the data center market continues to expand

If you're looking for a Superintendent role where the projects are measured in millions of square feet, massive MEP systems, and extremely tight schedules, this is a different level of construction.

And if you've ever wanted to point at a hyperscale data center and say, "I helped build that," this is your chance.
