Product Packer

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a US-Indianapolis-Packer I to join their team. As a US-Indianapolis-Packer I, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and shipping. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US-Indianapolis-Packer I

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: 20.00

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, occasional Saturday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Verify styles and quantities of materials picked, visually inspect products, scan and place in kitting or shipping cartons.
• Place packing materials and shipping cartons to minimize potential product damage during transit.
• Accurately attach packing lists, content labels, and shipping labels where appropriate.
• Track and maintain inventory integrity at the workstation for all work orders and deliveries in process.
• Handle cranes and other lifting equipment, including hydraulic air presses up to 500 psi, ensuring safe operation.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to work specific shift hours and flexibility to work overtime based on customer demand
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform continuous standing, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling
