Full job description
Bayhealth is seeking outpatient OBGYN Physicians to join our growing team supporting a rapidly expanding women's services program in Central and Southern Delaware.
With 2,800 annual deliveries (1,800 Kent | 1,000 Sussex) and continued population growth, this is an opportunity to step into a high-volume, well-supported environment with the flexibility to shape the role that fits your career goals.
Outpatient OBGYN Highlights
Primarily outpatient practice with ~3 hospital coverage shifts per month
Deliver at Kent Campus (Dover) and/or Sussex Campus (Milford)
Modern clinic spaces:
Dover: newly renovated, just minutes from the hospital
Milford: clinic located on/adjacent to campus for seamless workflow
Flexibility to tailor your practice based on your clinical interests
