Registered Nurse

Putnam Care Center in Milford, CT seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate individualized care plans. Working collaboratively with CNAs, therapists, and providers, you will support long-term care and short-term rehab residents, ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance, and educate residents and families.
