RN Ortho Spine

HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Ortho Spine to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for orthopedic and spine patients. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for pre- and post-operative patients, collaborate closely with surgeons, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams, and provide patient and family education on procedures, recovery, pain management, and mobility. You will monitor vital signs, manage medications, including IV therapy, ensure accurate documentation, and support quality, safety, and evidence-based practices while mentoring newer staff and contributing to a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
