• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with 1 hour charting
• 13 - 25 patients per 8-hour shift
• Walk-in clinic -- also covers a family medicine panel
• Solo provider -- autonomous practice required
• All ages seen
• Suturing required
• Rural community setting
