A growing OB/GYN practice on California's Central Coast is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative women's health team in a beautiful coastal community near Monterey.
Position Highlights:
- Join an established team of 8 OB/GYN Physicians , 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Urogynecologist, 1 Urogynecology PA, and Gynecologic Oncology support
- Outpatient clinic located across the street from Salinas Valley Health Medical Center
- 100% outpatient women's health
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No call responsibilities
- Strong physician mentorship and collaborative support staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $158,000–$193,000
- Additional wRVU productivity compensation
- 30 days PTO (1.0 FTE)
- CME: $2,000 + 5 days
- 401(k) with employer match

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of women's health experience as an NP or PA beyond training
- Passion for providing comprehensive outpatient women's healthcare
- Excellent communication and collaborative team-based care skills
