Meineke
Location: Kyle, TX
Schedule: Full-time | Every Other Saturday
Pay Rate: $35–$50 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Earning Potential: Up to $100,000 annually

About Meineke
Meineke is seeking an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician in Kyle, TX who wants to focus on diagnosing and repairing cars—not ordering parts, writing estimates, or handling service advising duties.
You’ll have a weekly pay guarantee, productivity incentives, and ongoing training while working on domestic and import vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns
- Maintain and repair domestic and import vehicles
- Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
- Handle assigned repairs from start to finish
- Maintain flat-rate productivity and quality workmanship
- Work with the service team to keep jobs moving efficiently
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- A-Level or strong B-Level automotive technician skill set
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Proven ability to consistently flag hours and maintain productivity
- Experience with domestic and import vehicles
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Tekmetric experience is a plus
