This CDL A heavy touch driver role is located in Oak Park, Michigan, and pays $26 per hour. This is a local driving opportunity with heavy touch freight handling. As a TransForce driver in Oak Park, Michigan, you will receive support from a dedicated TransForce team while working in a local role.

Pay & Schedule

  • $26 per hour
  • Estimated $1400 per week
  • Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, 6AM - 6PM
  • Local driving opportunity in Oak Park, Michigan

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive a CDL A vehicle, hauling donated food items, and assisting distribution at drop-offs (churches, schools, etc)
  • Heavy touch - loading/unloading/sorting of product, lifting of 60lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Use pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts.

What You Need

  • Valid CDL A
  • 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old
