• HSN is hiring Seasonal Fulfillment Center Team Members to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.   • Starting Pay: $16.50/hr
  • Pay increment every six months
  • $2 Shift differential for hours worked between 5pm – 4:59am

Schedule Overview

HSN offers a variety of scheduling options to support both our business and our team members

Full Time: With this schedule, you'll work a consistent 40 hour set schedule each week. Your scheduled days and hours will remain the same unless business needs require a change.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Reporting to an Area Manager, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping keep our fulfillment center running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:
  • Receive, unload, sort, pick, pack, and ship customer orders
  • Process customer returns, including scanning, sorting, and returning items to the correct inventory locations
  • Use handheld scanners, warehouse systems, and computers to complete tasks accurately
  • Support other warehouse tasks as needed based on business priorities

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 0–6 months of warehouse experience preferred; no prior experience required
• Ability to work a full shift and overtime as needed
• Ability to maintain attendance in accordance with company policy
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 10–12 hours
• Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, twist, grasp, and reach for up to 10–12 hours per day
• Ability to work on a secure mezzanine at heights of up to 40 feet
