CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Senior Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional outpatient rehab care. You will manage clinic performance, mentor clinicians, and maintain a patient-first, evidence-based environment. Responsibilities include overseeing schedules and productivity, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance, fostering a collaborative culture, and driving growth within the community. As a treating PT, you’ll evaluate, plan, and provide individualized physical therapy, guiding patients toward restored function, independence, and quality of life while supporting staff development and clinical excellence.
