This facility is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

- 24-hour call coverage
- Practice operates on about 80 hearts per year
- Types of Cases: Standard Cardiovascular
- Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 Days
- Must have an active Utah License
- Board Certified
- Electronical Medical Record (EMR): Meditech
