Physical Therapist Assistant

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our mission-driven geriatric practice. In this field-based role, you’ll provide evidence-based, functional rehab to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. Partner with Physical Therapists to deliver individualized treatment plans, document outcomes, educate patients and families, and promote safety, mobility, and independence.
